Toyota of Killeen is hiring motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants. This role is ideal if you want to build a career in automotive sales and work directly with customers to find the right vehicle. No experience, no problem! Our training program will teach you the tools needed to become successful in the auto industry!

🧰 Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full sales process (first contact → delivery)
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build relationships with new and returning customers
• Track leads and activity using CRM systems
• Stay up to date on Toyota vehicles and market trends
• Meet monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

✅ Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not always required)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
